Man On The Moon
A G.E. vacuum cleaner was
used to clean house today by every-
day housewife Jane.
Its thin-nosed nozzle picked up
dirt in cracks while the fat-mouthed
inhaler took in yards and yards
of loose debris and drew it
back into the bag of stuffed intelligence.
Jane sat and rested in a comfortable
armchair and read the morning paper
when she was finished.
The natives were hungry again
her tummy smiled -- yes, that's just
too bad
The natives were marching again
her arms tensed -- good for Apollo
that's good
and slept when she was finished.
